Refund and Return Policy

At Vpress Web Designer, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional services in Website Design, Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Paid Ads, and Graphics Design. However, we recognize that there may be instances where refunds are requested. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and service cancellations.

General Conditions for Refunds

  1. Refunds will be considered only if they fall under the conditions specified below.

  3. Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by client inactivity, lack of communication, incomplete information, or changes in project scope after work has started.
  4. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Refund Policy by Service Type

  1. Website Design & Development

    • Refunds will be provided if the project is canceled within the first 5 business days after signing the contract, provided no work has started.
    • Once the design process begins and initial mockups or website layouts are shared, a partial refund may be available, subtracting the cost of the work completed (e.g., design concepts, wireframes).
    • After the website is fully developed and delivered for review, no refunds will be issued unless there is a failure to meet the agreed-upon project specifications or technical errors that we are unable to rectify.
    • Changes in scope (e.g., additional features, modifications beyond the agreed design) will not be eligible for a refund but may be charged separately.
  2. SEO Services

    • Refunds for SEO services are applicable only if the request is made within the first 14 days of the service start date, and if significant SEO work (such as keyword research, audits, or on-page optimization) has not been performed.
    • SEO is a long-term strategy, and once implementation begins (i.e., changes to your website or content), no refunds will be available as the work involves ongoing efforts that cannot be reversed.
    • In cases where the SEO strategy does not yield expected results, Vpress Web Designer will offer additional optimization or corrective actions, but refunds will not be issued for unmet expectations or slower-than-anticipated performance.
  3. Digital Marketing & Paid Ads

    • For Digital Marketing campaigns, including social media management and email marketing, refunds are available if requested before the campaign strategy has been delivered or initiated.
    • Paid Ads campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) are highly customized and involve expenses outside of our control (such as ad spend). Once the ads have been launched and the budget allocated, refunds for setup fees or management fees will not be available.
    • In cases where a campaign fails to meet predefined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), Vpress Web Designer will offer alternative solutions or optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
  4. Graphics Design

    • Refunds for graphics design work are available if no initial concepts have been delivered. If the client is unsatisfied with the first set of designs, revisions will be provided as per our revision policy (typically 2-3 rounds of revisions).
    • Once the design is approved and final files are delivered (e.g., logos, banners, social media graphics), no refunds will be provided. This is due to the digital and non-returnable nature of the product.
    • Design work that includes multiple deliverables (e.g., logo + branding + business cards) will only be partially refunded based on the progress made on individual items.

Special Conditions for Custom Packages

  • Custom service packages combining Website Design, Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Graphics Design will follow a prorated refund structure. The amount refunded will depend on the stage of completion for each service within the package.
  • In the event of a refund request for a bundled package, Vpress Web Designer will assess the work completed on each individual service and provide a partial refund if eligible.

Exceptions to Refund Policy

  1. Force Majeure: Refunds will not be issued in cases where services are delayed or canceled due to events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, technical outages, or government regulations).
  2. Client Dissatisfaction: Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (e.g., design style, color choices, or content tone) will not be considered grounds for a refund. Vpress Web Designer will work with clients to adjust deliverables within the agreed-upon scope.
  3. Unresponsive Clients: If a project is delayed due to client inactivity, unavailability, or lack of communication for over 15 days, the project will be marked as complete, and no refund will be provided.

Return Policy for Digital Services

As all services provided by Vpress Web Designer are digital and intangible, they cannot be returned once delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Websites (once live or delivered),
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns (once executed),
  • SEO Strategies (once implemented),
  • Graphic Designs (once final files are delivered).

Dispute Resolution

In the rare event of a dispute, Vpress Web Designer will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably. If a solution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes will be addressed in accordance with the governing laws of [Region/Country].

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
